SPAC's policy does not apply to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond SPAC’s control, and must not be applied in any way that is inconsistent with government legislation.

 

2.0 Collection of Personal Data

 

The following Personal Data is collected on this website:

  • Account Opening: When the User’s Account is created, his/her full name and email address.

  • Login: When the User logs in to the Website, the Website records his/her full name, login data, usage data, location data and payment data.

  • Profile: The use of the services provided on the Website makes it possible to complete a profile, which may include an address and a phone number.

We will also collect your personal data including, among others, your name and contact details (as well as your email address) and other relevant information indicated in your Curriculum Vitae ("CV") through the Website’s forms (contact, customer space registration, submission of an unsolicited application, response to a job offer, etc.).

We will probably obtain other personal information about you in the course of our professional relationship with you. This information may be obtained directly from you or from third parties, such as companies to whom you have submitted your CV as part of a job application.

Personal Data is kept for as long as the account is active. The account is disabled on the User’s request or when the last login to the account dates back more than two years.

5.0 Security and Confidentiality

 

The Website implements organisational, technical, software and physical security measures to protect the Personal Data against unauthorised alteration, destruction and access. However, it should be noted that the Internet Network is not a completely secure environment and the Website cannot guarantee the security of the transmission or storage of information on the Internet Network.

 

6.0 - Implementation of User rights

 

Pursuant to the regulations applicable to Personal Data, Users have the following rights:

  • they can update or delete Data concerning them by logging into their account and configuring the settings of this Account;

  • they can exercise their right of access, to find out about the Personal Data concerning them, by writing to this email address: dpo@sp-ac.org In this case, prior to the implementation of this right, the Website may request proof of the User’s identity in order to check its accuracy;

Users can request the deletion of their Personal Data in accordance with the applicable laws regarding Data protection, by writing to this email address: dpo@sp-ac.org.

7.0 Changes to this clause

 

The Website reserves the right to make any changes to this clause relating to Personal Data protection at any time. If a change is made to this Personal Data protection clause, the Website undertakes to publish the new version on the Website. The Website will also inform Users of the change by email, within a minimum of 15 days before the effective date. If the User does not agree with the terms of the new wording of the Personal Data protection clause, he/she has the option to request the deletion of his/her Account.

Browsing on this Website is done anonymously. In the case of simple browsing not resulting in any transfer of personal data from you to SPAC, we will collect and store automatically some information about your visit using cookies. This information does not identify you personally.
